The Son - Part13

Good morning. Today's video The Son - Part13 is on the topic of who the Son of God is; the body is of Christ.

Dearly loved of God our Father and our Lord Jesus Christ, and of us; we have been baptized into Christ by the Holy Spirit. We were grafted into the true vine, which is Christ, by our Father in Heaven who is the husbandman who sets every branch in the vine. You can be grafted in when you accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior; and you can be cutoff due to unbelief just as the natural branches were. So don’t take for granted your place in the vine and boast against the other branches.
Now as Christ is that true vine, He is the head of the body; the body of Christ of which we are all members one of another, and should have the same care one of another. God has placed each member in the body where He sees fit and it is up to each of us to find out what our place is and how to operate where He has placed us to the edification of the rest of the body.

Ephesians 4:11-16 And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers; For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ: Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ: That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive; But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ: From whom the whole body fitly joined together and compacted by that which every joint supplieth, according to the effectual working in the measure of every part, maketh increase of the body unto the edifying of itself in love. (KJV)

Now that doesn’t mean that when God placed us in the body in the beginning that, that is where He would have us to remain. As we grow up into Christ, and remain faithful in all our house (spirit, soul, and body) He may move us to another part of the body to fill up that which may be lacking so that the body can remain fitly joined together, compacted by that which every joint supplies, as working effectually in the measure of faith, that the body may increase (that He may increase, and we, our old nature may decrease) unto the edifying of itself in love. The more we allow Christ to remain our Head, the more the body becomes likeminded; serving one another in love; and to love is to lay down our lives for the body (dying to self).

1 John 3:16-18 Hereby perceive we the love of God, because he laid down his life for us: and we ought to lay down our lives for the brethren. But whoso hath this world's good, and seeth his brother have need, and shutteth up his bowels of compassion from him, how dwelleth the love of God in him? My little children, let us not love in word, neither in tongue; but in deed and in truth. (KJV)

The rest of our time on this earth, abiding in Christ in the Spirit, is no longer about us, but about the Head, Christ, and His body of believers. Do you want to be an effective member of the body? Then begin with getting to know who your Head is; take up your cross, crucifying your old nature, and follow Him growing in grace and in the knowledge of who He is and where He would have you to operate each day in the body to the edification of the body. That when He presents His Church, His body, unto God you will be a part of it, Holy and un-blamable in God’s sight. Our ministry is of Christ, as the body is of Christ.

Remember, a body without a head is dead; and so will we be if we do not keep Christ as the Head of our body remaining grafted in the true vine; we will be as the branches cut off and cast forth unto men and burned. God bless and remain in the body which is of Christ.

The Son - Part12

Good morning. Today's video The Son - Part12 is on the topic of who the Son of God is; the cross of Christ.

Dear Church, loved of God our Father, and our Lord Jesus Christ, are you dying to get to Heaven? Paul the apostle said he died daily.

1 Corinthians 15:31 I protest by your rejoicing which I have in Christ Jesus our Lord, I die daily. (KJV)

We were given an example by our Lord Jesus Christ of dying daily as He did to the fleshly lusts and desires so that He could be resurrected a new man upright and well pleasing in God’s sight. The Lord Jesus took up His spiritual cross daily, not just the physical cross that happened once that everyone knows about, but daily He died that we might live, thus why the scriptures refer to the cross of Christ. He humbled himself and laid aside the lusts of the flesh, but not without suffering, and followed the Spirit of Christ within Him. Learned He obedience by the things which He suffered; having been tempted in every manner as we are and yet sinned not (Hebrews 2:18; 4:14-16).

Philippians 2:5-8 Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus: Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God: But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men: And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross. (KJV)

Hebrews 5:7-10 Who in the days of his flesh, when he had offered up prayers and supplications with strong crying and tears unto him that was able to save him from death, and was heard in that he feared; Though he were a Son, yet learned he obedience by the things which he suffered; And being made perfect, he became the author of eternal salvation unto all them that obey him; (KJV)

Have you taken up your spiritual cross, nailing the lusts of the flesh to it through obedience on a daily basis, and suffering for Christ’s sake? Taking up our cross involves dying to self, daily crucifying the old man which was born into sin (of the flesh) so that we are able to resurrect into the new man which was born into the righteousness of God (of the Spirit), Christ in us the hope of glory. Salvation is not a one and done; each day we make the choice to take up our cross and follow the leading of the Holy Spirit in obedience. We have a choice to suffer and follow Christ or to take the path of least resistance and follow the lusts of the flesh and the world thereof.

Romans 6:4-14 Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life. For if we have been planted together in the likeness of his death, we shall be also in the likeness of his resurrection: Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin. For he that is dead is freed from sin. Now if we be dead with Christ, we believe that we shall also live with him: Knowing that Christ being raised from the dead dieth no more; death hath no more dominion over him. For in that he died, he died unto sin once: but in that he liveth, he liveth unto God. Likewise reckon ye also yourselves to be dead indeed unto sin, but alive unto God through Jesus Christ our Lord. Let not sin therefore reign in your mortal body, that ye should obey it in the lusts thereof. Neither yield ye your members as instruments of unrighteousness unto sin: but yield yourselves unto God, as those that are alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness unto God. For sin shall not have dominion over you: for ye are not under the law, but under grace. (KJV)

Sin is destroyed when we choose to be obedient to the leading and guiding of the Holy Spirit. But remember sin can revive through temptation when we are drawn away of our own lusts, and enticed; then when lust has conceived it brings forth sin: and sin, when it is finished, brings forth death (James 1:14-15), which is separation from God our Father.

Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. (KJV)

But thanks be to God for His grace who has given us a great high priest, an advocate, on our behalf, Jesus Christ our Lord who is the only way to restore peace with the Father. There is no peace with God our Father without abiding (remaining) in Christ, and Christ abiding in us; the cross of Christ.

So dearly loved, take up the cross of Christ and live.

The Son - Part11

Good morning. Today's video The Son - Part11 is on the topic of who the Son of God is; the head of the body is Christ.

Ephesians 5:23 For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the saviour of the body.

Christ is the head of the body, the Church, of whom we are all members if we continue in the faith grounded and settled and be not moved away from the hope that is within us. Our life is now in Christ; so without Christ we can do nothing, just as a body without a head can do nothing. Even the Lord said that he could do nothing of himself, but what he sees the Father do (John 5:19); as well as, but as my Father hath taught me, I speak these things (John 8:28).

Notice the Lord said but as my Father hath taught me. Christ gave unto His body all that is needed to grow up into Him in all things concerning the kingdom and righteousness of God (we have the mind of Christ); and for the edifying of the body in love, for we are members one of another (Ephesians 4:11-16); and so that we would be no more children tossed to and fro carried about with every wind of doctrine by the sleight of men, cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive, instead we would become grounded and settled in the doctrine of Christ and able to discern the body (i.e. who is truly a member of the body of Christ, for you will know them by their fruit). Last He gave us warnings concerning the faith…

Colossians 2:8 Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ. (KJV)

Many false prophets in religious organizations today have cut off the Son of God (Christ in you the hope of glory), and only acknowledge and teach in the name of the son of man, Jesus of Nazareth. They have cut off the head to the body of believers. The life is in God’s Son Christ, the head of the body, the power and wisdom of God. So they have created a body, powerless and headless, i.e. without the mind of Christ, the power and wisdom from above.

1 Corinthians 11:3 But I would have you know, that the head of every man is Christ; and the head of the woman is the man; and the head of Christ is God. (KJV)

Christ is the true vine, God our Father is the husbandman or vinedresser, and we are the branches. If we continue to abide in the vine and produce fruit unto righteousness, the Father continues to prune us so that we will bring forth much fruit for the kingdom of Heaven and receive His fullness, therewith we are complete in Him.

If we don’t continue to abide in the vine (the Head which gives spiritual nourishment to the body), the Father will cut us off, and as a branch withers so will we, and we will be without hope laid up in a heap with others who did not continue to abide in Christ; and the end of us will be worse than in the beginning for it would have been better that we had not known the way of righteousness, than to have known it and turned away.

2 Peter 2:20-21 For if after they have escaped the pollutions of the world through the knowledge of the Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, they are again entangled therein, and overcome, the latter end is worse with them than the beginning. For it had been better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than, after they have known it, to turn from the holy commandment delivered unto them. (KJV)

Dearly loved of God our Father and our Lord Jesus Christ, and of us, don’t be as the many who don’t hold the Head, Christ, as the Head of the Church; instead be as the few who do.

Philippians 3:18-21 (For many walk, of whom I have told you often, and now tell you even weeping, that they are the enemies of the cross of Christ: Whose end is destruction, whose God is their belly, and whose glory is in their shame, who mind earthly things.) For our conversation is in heaven; from whence also we look for the Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ: Who shall change our vile body, that it may be fashioned like unto his glorious body, according to the working whereby he is able even to subdue all things unto himself. (KJV)

The Son - Part10

Good morning. Today's video The Son - Part10 is on the topic of who the Son of God is; the vail done away in Christ.

The vail is done away in Christ. The vail is what is upon the heart of many in that they are unable to see into the realm of the Spirit because they are still looking at the Son of God after the flesh in the man Jesus of Nazareth. We have been instructed to know no man after the flesh; for in that we have known Christ after the flesh, yet from now on we were to know Him no more in this manner (2Corinthians 5:16), but after the Spirit.

John 8:28 Then said Jesus unto them, When ye have lifted up the Son of man, then shall ye know that I am he, and that I do nothing of myself; but as my Father hath taught me, I speak these things. (KJV)

When you have lifted up the vail (the Son of man, Jesus) then shall you know that the “I am he” is Christ; because the Son could do nothing of himself. Just as we can do nothing of ourselves (John 15:5); but we can do all things through Christ who strengthens us (Philippians 4:13).

By getting rid of the vail we are able to see clearly into the realm of the Spirit, to see the kingdom of God. And the only way to get rid of the vail is by being led by the Spirit. Man cannot get you to see the kingdom of God, only the Spirit of the living God is able to lead and guide you into all truth enlightening the eyes of your understanding to the life that is in the Son, Christ Jesus; the only name above every name in which we are granted access to the kingdom of God; He is the good Shepherd of the sheep and those who know Him and His voice is who the porter opens up the door to. Read John 10:1-18.

1 Corinthians 13:9-12 For we know in part, and we prophesy in part. But when that which is perfect is come, then that which is in part shall be done away. When I was a child, I spake as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child: but when I became a man, I put away childish things. For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face: now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known. (KJV)

Mark 8:22-25 And he cometh to Bethsaida; and they bring a blind man unto him, and besought him to touch him. And he took the blind man by the hand, and led him out of the town; and when he had spit on his eyes, and put his hands upon him, he asked him if he saw ought. And he looked up, and said, I see men as trees, walking. After that he put his hands again upon his eyes, and made him look up: and he was restored, and saw every man clearly. (KJV)

As one begins their journey of salvation they see in part and prophesy in part because they can only share what they experienced when they accepted the Lord, but don’t have a full understanding of it; thus only knowing in part or seeing as the blind man in the beginning who said he saw men as trees, walking; Jesus, a shadow of what was to come.

As one grows in their relationship with the Lord, allowing the Spirit to lead and guide them into all truth, the eyes of their understanding become enlightened more and more to the realm of the Spirit; and if they continue grounded and settled the Spirit will lead them into a perfect understanding and they will see clearly who the Son of God is (because the Spirit will bring you face to face with Him); their sight restored they are able to see the kingdom of God and His righteousness which is Christ in them the hope of glory.

The vail done away in Christ. Beloved, you want to be able to know who the Son is so that you can know the Father, and be known of God.

The Son - Part9

Good morning. Today's video The Son - Part9 is on the topic of who the Son of God is; why is it antichrist, and not antijesus or antigod?

There are many deceivers that have come into the world in the name of Christ; those who claim to be servants of Christ, promising liberty, but they themselves are the servants of corruption (2Peter 2:18-22) which places them into the category of the antichrist. Even the Lord warned us of this very thing.

Matthew 24:23-24 Then if any man shall say unto you, Lo, here is Christ, or there; believe it not. For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect. (KJV)

2 Corinthians 11:13-15 For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ. And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works. (KJV)

There are many false prophets that place grievous burdens upon believers with their traditions and doctrines that are according to the law which was done away in Christ, and not according to the liberty of Christ made available to us by Jesus Christ. They have many believing that Jesus was God; Jesus was a man just as you and I are, but was from conception anointed with the Holy Spirit and with power, Christ, the Son of the living God; he was tempted in every manner as we are and yet sinned not (Hebrews 2:18 and 4:15). God cannot be tempted, neither tempteth He any man (James 1:13); so guess what, Jesus was not God!

Romans 2:24 For the name of God is blasphemed among the Gentiles through you, as it is written. (KJV)

Because of these false prophets with their traditions and doctrines (Colossians 1:20-22) that leave out Christ and the liberty which is in Him, they are leading many astray, away from the simplicity that is in Christ. They have become as the Pharisees and Scribes who were more concerned about following the law and traditions, which shut them up and those who heard them from seeing and believing in Jesus Christ, the Messiah sent from God.

Matthew 23:23-33 Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye pay tithe of mint and anise and cummin, and have omitted the weightier matters of the law, judgment, mercy, and faith: these ought ye to have done, and not to leave the other undone. Ye blind guides, which strain at a gnat, and swallow a camel. Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye make clean the outside of the cup and of the platter, but within they are full of extortion and excess. Thou blind Pharisee, cleanse first that which is within the cup and platter, that the outside of them may be clean also. Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye are like unto whited sepulchres, which indeed appear beautiful outward, but are within full of dead men's bones, and of all uncleanness. Even so ye also outwardly appear righteous unto men, but within ye are full of hypocrisy and iniquity. Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! because ye build the tombs of the prophets, and garnish the sepulchres of the righteous, And say, If we had been in the days of our fathers, we would not have been partakers with them in the blood of the prophets. Wherefore ye be witnesses unto yourselves, that ye are the children of them which killed the prophets. Fill ye up then the measure of your fathers. Ye serpents, ye generation of vipers, how can ye escape the damnation of hell? (KJV)

2 John 1:7 For many deceivers are entered into the world, who confess not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh. This is a deceiver and an antichrist.

They will have their reward…

Matthew 7:21-23 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity. (KJV)

And so will your reward be if you follow the traditions and doctrines of men, and not the Son of the living God which is Christ in you the hope of glory; allowing His Spirit to bear witness with your spirit, leading and guiding you into all truth so that you are able to receive the reward of eternal life, having your name in the Lamb’s book of life.

2 John 1:7-10 For many deceivers are entered into the world, who confess not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh. This is a deceiver and an antichrist. Look to yourselves, that we lose not those things which we have wrought, but that we receive a full reward. Whosoever transgresseth, and abideth not in the doctrine of Christ, hath not God. He that abideth in the doctrine of Christ, he hath both the Father and the Son. If there come any unto you, and bring not this doctrine, receive him not into your house, neither bid him God speed: (KJV)

So, beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God, because many false prophets are gone out into the world (and you will know them by their fruit). By this, you will know the Spirit of God: every spirit that confesses that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God; and every spirit that confesses not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh, they are not of God; and this is that spirit of antichrist which is already in the world. Remember, you are of God, little children, and have overcome them, because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.

The Son - Part8

Good morning. Today's video The Son - Part8 is on the topic of who the Son of God is; unto you it is given to know the mystery of the kingdom of God.

A mystery is something hidden and the only way to reveal or unravel the mystery is to follow the clues; and bit by bit the mystery is solved; you come the knowledge of the truth of what occurred.

And so it is that God spoke unto us through His holy apostles, prophets, and His Son to give us the guide book in solving the mystery of the kingdom of God, which is given unto us to know. He wants us to come to the knowledge of the truth; what truth? The truth that was in Jesus, which is in us also.

John 5:39-40 Search the scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me. And ye will not come to me, that ye might have life. (KJV)

From the beginning the scriptures testify of Christ, the Son of the living God. How few though come to know Him (Christ) after the Spirit. Many only know Him after the flesh (Jesus), because they have chosen to listen to what man says and not search the scriptures for themselves by asking the Lord to reveal who He is and allow the Holy Spirit to lead and guide them, and enlighten the eyes of their understanding to the truth that was in Jesus, the hidden mystery, but revealed to those who diligently seek to know Him.

John 8:28 Then said Jesus unto them, When ye have lifted up the Son of man, then shall ye know that I am he, and that I do nothing of myself; but as my Father hath taught me, I speak these things. (KJV)

When you allow the Spirit to remove the vail of the flesh (Jesus), then you shall know Christ, the Son of the living God. And you will come to know how God made this same Jesus, both Lord and Christ.

Are you willing to dig deep into this mystery for yourself so that you can say when you stand before God our Father, and He asks you, “Did you know my Son?”, and you can answer “I know the mystery of your kingdom that you gave for me to know; your Son, Christ in me, whom you sent in the likeness of sinful flesh (Jesus of Nazareth first, then in me), being made sin for me, who knew no sin; that I could be made the righteousness of you, Father, in Him”? And the Father will turn to the Son, and say “Do you know them?” and the Son will reply either, “Yes, they were a good and faithful servant” or “No, depart from me ye who work iniquity”. Which would you rather hear?

It is not of works, lest any man should boast. It is of the grace and truth of God (for grace and truth came by Jesus Christ), that we will stand on the firm foundation which He gave unto us to know so that we are sealed with the seal of God because we know His name, we know Him, and He knows us for which we name the name of Christ.

2 Timothy 2:19 Nevertheless the foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal, The Lord knoweth them that are his. And, Let every one that nameth the name of Christ depart from iniquity. (KJV)

The Son - Part7

Good morning. Today's video The Son - Part7 is on the topic of who the Son of God is; the way, the truth, and the life.

Jesus Christ is the only way, the only truth, and the only life that will get you unto the throne of God and unto eternal life.

1 Timothy 2:5 For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus; (KJV)

There was the man Christ Jesus and this man is the one mediator between us and God; who is now seated on the right hand of the throne of God making intercession for us. He is the only way for us to have peace with God; the only way for us to come unto the throne of grace in time of need; the only way to eternal life.

John 1:14-17 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth. John bare witness of him, and cried, saying, This was he of whom I spake, He that cometh after me is preferred before me: for he was before me. And of his fulness have all we received, and grace for grace. For the law was given by Moses, but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ. (KJV)

Grace and truth came by Jesus Christ. And as you read the truth was in Jesus (Ephesians 4:20-21, Acts 10:38, 1Corinthians 1:24); what was the truth that was in him? Christ, the Son of the living God, who without Him could have done nothing (John 15:19, 8:28); just as with Jesus, we can to nothing without Christ as well (John 15:5); Christ was his and our only hope of glory. Through the things which Jesus suffered he learned obedience to Christ in him, and became the author and finisher of faith. As we learn obedience through the things that we suffer for Christ’s sake the operation of His faith which He authored prospers within us, in that we then operate in that same faith. We have this treasure of Christ in us the hope of glory in our earthen vessel; same as Jesus of Nazareth did.

Colossians 3:1-4 If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God. Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth. For ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God. When Christ, who is our life, shall appear, then shall ye also appear with him in glory. (KJV)

Christ became his life as it should within us also. The more Jesus laid down his life (wants and desires) the more Christ in him prospered; and this is how God made this same Jesus both Lord and Christ. So his name is not just Jesus, but Jesus Christ the Son of the living God. And in His Son is life and life more abundantly; eternal life.

1 John 5:11-13 And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life. These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God. (KJV)

John 3:35-36 The Father loveth the Son, and hath given all things into his hand. He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him. (KJV)

What life do you want? Who do you want as your intercessor? Men or Christ Jesus? If we go to the throne of God through Christ Jesus then we have the confidence in this life and the life to come that God hears us and that we have the petitions that we desired of him according to His will and not ours.

1 John 5:14-15 And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us: And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him. (KJV)

The way to the truth is through Christ Jesus; the truth is Christ in us the hope of glory; and the life is in Christ, the Son of the living God.

The Son - Part6

Good morning. Today's video The Son - Part6 is on the topic of who the Son of God is; the Rock solid foundation, the cornerstone, and the stumbling stone.

Christ Jesus is the rock solid foundation, the chief cornerstone that each of us should have as our foundation; most importantly our chief cornerstone on which the firmness of our salvation will stand. We are the temple of the living God; a spiritual house for the Lord; the Lord said that he and the Father would come and make their abode within us if we loved him and kept his words.

John 14:23 Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him. (KJV)

Once we establish Christ as our chief cornerstone then what is built thereon will stand if we build it according to the truth of the gospel of Christ, which is the Rock solid foundation that God had designed from the beginning. Jesus Christ is the pattern by which we are to build our spiritual house unto the Lord. He is our example that God gave unto us. So if we continue to abide in Christ, keeping him as our solid foundation then when the winds of doctrines blow and the streams of ungodliness beat against our house, we will not move but stand firm in our God and in His Son Jesus Christ our life.

Building requires you to do something; you can’t build by just reading the instructions and then not follow through with putting the pieces together. You have to be a doer of the Word. God gave us the instruction manual; now we need to read it, listen to the leading of the Holy Spirit, and apply it in our life. Only the finest material, that being the pure word of God coming straight from the throne of God, is what we should be using; this material will stand and not perish in the fire.

Christ is the stumbling stone that many stumble over because they have chosen to follow the traditions and doctrines of men who only know Christ after the flesh, the man Jesus, thus leaving Christ the Son of God out. They have chosen not to search the scriptures, allowing the Holy Spirit to lead them into all truth, and to reveal who the Son is, which will lead one to know the Father also. They have chosen to use sub-contractors to help build their house; not checking to see if the materials being used would stand up to Satan and his workers; like the story of the three little pigs and the wolf. What you put into your relationship with the Lord, is what you will get out. If you sew to the flesh, of the flesh shall you reap corruption; if you sew to the Spirit of the Spirit shall you reap everlasting life.

2 Timothy 4:3-4 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables. (KJV)

Who are you going to trust to build your house? Men or God?

Psalms 127:1 Except the LORD build the house, they labour in vain that build it: except the LORD keep the city, the watchman waketh but in vain. (KJV)

Will you go straight to the source to see if those things being taught by others is of truth; or are you going to leave your salvation from this present evil world in the hands of men and their interpretation of the scriptures, their traditions and doctrines which leave Christ out of their teachings and prayers?

It is up to each of us to know the mystery of the kingdom of God; Christ in us the hope of glory, the power and wisdom of God. And to know how God made this same Jesus both Lord and Christ.

The Master Builder and His Chief Cornerstone.

2 Timothy 2:19 Nevertheless the foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal, The Lord knoweth them that are his. And, Let every one that nameth the name of Christ depart from iniquity. (KJV)

The Son - Part5

Good morning. Today's video The Son - Part5 is on the topic of who the Son of God is; the light of the glorious gospel of Christ.

2 Corinthians 4:4 In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them. (KJV)

The light that shines out of darkness is Christ who is the Word and the image of God, and where no darkness exists. Christ is the light that lights every man who comes into this world, this included Jesus of Nazareth, and you and I. And even though we were not aware of this light of life until we were born again, Jesus of Nazareth was anointed with the Holy Spirit and with power at conception. Remember, Christ is the power of God and the wisdom of God (1Cor 1:24). And through his obedience he became the firstborn among many brethren; the firstborn from the dead.

John 1:14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth. (KJV)

Acts 10:38 How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him. (KJV)

God sent His Son to give light to the knowledge of salvation, and to enlighten the eyes of our understanding to who He is, and who His Son is; that you might know the mystery of the kingdom of God which is Christ in you the hope of glory. He sent His Son to restore fellowship with mankind and to restore His image within us.

We were once blind to the kingdom and righteousness of God, but now we are children of light in the Lord, and should continue to walk in the light and have fellowship no more with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them. Christ gives us light and in Him is no darkness; so if we abide in the light, others will see the glorious gospel of Christ shining forth from us (2Cor 4:1-6).

The hidden things of darkness will always be brought to light; whether it is something within us that God is now asking us to overcome, or if it something else that He would have us to avoid. If we come to the light, and we continue to abide in the light, we will be able to discern the hidden things of darkness and avoid them; that includes those who appear as an angel of light, but are the ministers of Satan, deceiving and being deceived, whom you are to avoid, whose end will be according to their works (2Cor 11:13-15).

Proverbs 4:18 But the path of the just is as the shining light, that shineth more and more unto the perfect day. (KJV)

So continue on the path of the just where there is light, and where the God of our Lord Jesus Christ , the Father of glory, may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him, the eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that you may know what is the hope of His calling, and what the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints, and what is the exceeding greatness of His power toward us who believe, according to the working of His mighty power, which He wrought in Christ, when He raised him from the dead, and set him at His own right hand in the heavenly places, far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named (Jesus Christ), not only in this world, but also in that which is to come; and has put all things under his feet, and gave him to be the head over all to the church, which is his body, the fullness of him that filleth all in all. The Son - Part4

Good morning. Today's video The Son - Part4 on the topic of who the Son of God is; the complete name of the Son.

Jesus Christ is the complete name which God acknowledges and allows you access to His throne.

Acts 4:10-12 Be it known unto you all, and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom ye crucified, whom God raised from the dead, even by him doth this man stand here before you whole. This is the stone which was set at nought of you builders, which is become the head of the corner. Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved. (KJV)

Many today use only the name of Jesus when they pray, which leaves the door open to the devil to hinder the prayer because they did not close the door with Christ, the power and wisdom of God which cannot be refuted of the devil. In the account of the seven sons of Sceva they tried to cast out evil spirits only in the name of Jesus and as you read the account they were overcome and fled naked out of the house.

Acts 19:13-17 Then certain of the vagabond Jews, exorcists, took upon them to call over them which had evil spirits the name of the Lord Jesus, saying, We adjure you by Jesus whom Paul preacheth. And there were seven sons of one Sceva, a Jew, and chief of the priests, which did so. And the evil spirit answered and said, Jesus I know, and Paul I know; but who are ye? And the man in whom the evil spirit was leaped on them, and overcame them, and prevailed against them, so that they fled out of that house naked and wounded. (KJV)

Remember that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

Jesus Christ tells you who he is, and what his name is. He never said he was God, but always acknowledged God as his Father in heaven. He even said “I am in the Father, and the Father in me”; just as we are in Christ, and Christ is in us (John 15).

Matthew 16:15-17 He saith unto them, But whom say ye that I am? And Simon Peter answered and said, Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God. And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Barjona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven. (KJV)

John 4:22-26 Ye worship ye know not what: we know what we worship: for salvation is of the Jews. But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him. God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth. The woman saith unto him, I know that Messias cometh, which is called Christ: when he is come, he will tell us all things. Jesus saith unto her, I that speak unto thee am he. (KJV)

Matthew 24:5 For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many. (KJV)

John 17:3-5 And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent. I have glorified thee on the earth: I have finished the work which thou gavest me to do. And now, O Father, glorify thou me with thine own self with the glory which I had with thee before the world was. (KJV)

John 20:31 But these are written, that ye might believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God; and that believing ye might have life through his name. (KJV)

There is one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus; the name above every name. And in this name, Jesus Christ, we have life and life more abundantly. Without Christ, Jesus could not have overcome the world; and neither can we do anything without Christ. If we abide in Him, He will abide in us; if we deny Him, He will deny us before God; in other words, if we don’t know His Son, then He will not know us.

1 John 3:21-23 Beloved, if our heart condemn us not, then have we confidence toward God. And whatsoever we ask, we receive of him, because we keep his commandments, and do those things that are pleasing in his sight. And this is his commandment, That we should believe on the name of his Son Jesus Christ, and love one another, as he gave us commandment. (KJV)

1 John 5:13-15 These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God. And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us: And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him. (KJV)

And this is the assurance that we have from God our Father and His Son Jesus Christ.
